João Caldas

João Caldas (b.1995) studied with Eurico Carrapatoso at the Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional and currently attends the Composition studies at the Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa, stuying with João Madureira, Luís Tinoco, António Pinho Vargas, Sérgio Azevedo and Carlos Caires. In recent years, several of his works (solo, chamber music, choral, vocal and orchestral) have been performed in Lisbon, Ponta Delgada, Castro Verde and Cologne – Germany.
